Just Right Coffee is a locally owned mobile coffee cart and small-batch specialty coffee roaster serving the Pueblo community and surrounding areas. We believe great coffee should be enjoyed the Goldilocks way, just right. We do this by using our own specialty coffee beans, and bring the café experience to any gathering through the convenience of our mobile coffee cart. 

We serve handcrafted espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and fresh roasted beans at community events, private gatherings, weddings, and corporate functions. Whether we’re catering an event or roasting a new batch, our focus is always on quality, consistency, and a great customer experience.
