About

In 2014, Property Craft owners Scott Hinkle and Joshua Sparks started a restoration service company in Pueblo, CO, to serve their community and all of Colorado. It all started in a garage where they stored equipment and dispatched it to a local office, increasing employees and certifications in 10+ services. They had seen a need and decided to fill it with the idea that we would provide exceptional service with quality results backed by a one-year quality warranty.

Property Craft specializes in property restoration services, focusing on water, fire, mold, asbestos, & storm damage with quick, high-quality results.

Our fast-growing restoration company focuses on safety, quality, and education within our industry. Our goal is to consistently be responsive, flexible, fair, and accountable while carrying out every aspect of a project through the Property Craft 24/7 Promise.
